As a Lead, Business Intelligence Platforms, you will: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of BI platforms to support strategic business objectivesOversee the integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliabilityManage the performance and scalability of BI platforms, addressing any issues or bottlenecksDevelop and maintain documentation, including system architecture, data models, and user guidesAssist stakeholders in developing data governance policies, monitor and ensure compliance with policies across BI PlatformsProvide mentorship and technical guidance for BI platforms, challenge existing processes with the aim of improvementTo be successful, you'll have: Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; orExtensive experience and management expertise; orAn equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/trainingExtensive experience in developing and managing business intelligence platforms, with a strong track record of delivering data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-makingProficiency in BI tools and platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, including experience in customising and optimising these tools to meet organisational needsSolid understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance requirements, ensuring that BI solutions adhere to organisational policies and industry standardsKnowledge of emerging trends in business intelligence and data analytics, with the ability to incorporate new technologies and methodologies into existing frameworksHere's how to apply: Please submit your updated resume and a short cover letter outlining your skills and experience.
