How will I help?
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager within the Customer Data, ESG, Credit Risk and Analytics within CIB technology, this Senior Business Analyst role will support the CIB Technology Division in managing its application/project delivery needs.
You will be working on several high-profile initiatives and projects across multiple business units.
These initiatives aim to provide world class analytics solutions to the bank that will help meet the strategic goals of the business and the group.
Your audience and stakeholders will be broad and diverse, giving you an unrivalled profile and the platform from which to build your career.
This position will provide critical support to Domain Owner and Program/Project Manager by delivering, co-ordinating and managing delivery activities for the Line of Business.
Main responsibilities include: Member of the Technology Business Analysis team.
Create and maintain documentation of requirements, use cases, and system designs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and manage features, user stories, and requirements.
Document test cases and manage user acceptance testing with business SMEs.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Analyse workflows to create process maps and identify improvements.
Prepare training materials and assist end-user's post-implementation.
Support high-severity production issues (RUN/L2/L3).
Liaise with Developers, Architects, and Security to align technical needs with solutions.
Understanding of Data Analytics, Credit Risk Systems, and ESG is a plus.
Perform tasks as advised by the Technical Domain Owner or Project Manager.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role you need the following skills/experience: Proven experience in delivering solutions in banking or large organizations.
Ability to influence project teams and prioritize change requirements.
High proficiency in technical writing (BRDs, IFS, Test Cases, Target Operating Models).
Strong understanding of SDLC and solution design experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Analysis, Reporting, and Integration Services.
Experience in process documentation and mapping.
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience working with onshore and offshore Developers and Testers.
