We are the specialist delivery function for complex Business & Wealth transformation and are accountable for program specific execution of divisional Risk and Regulatory Change.
Leading the achievement of Westpac's strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and systems.
Defining and managing the requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs.
Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information that support Westpac to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value.

What do I need?
5+ years experience as a Senior BA Risk & Reg delivery experience.
Records Management experience.
Qualifications in Information or Data Management.
Proven stakeholder management that achieves the required outcomes and influences strategy and direction.
Effective leadership of requirements lifecycle from tracing, maintaining, prioritising to assessing and approving across relevant deliverables including scope, risk management and solution design documentation.
Superior ability to analyse situations or issues, considering all options prior to recommending solutions.
Evidence of best practice records management, and product management.
