We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst. This is a crucial role across Mortgage House Group as technology team ambassador to our customers, partners, and team members. The Lead Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between Business and Technology (and vice versa). The gap to bridge includes (but is not limited to) business process, scope, and business requirements for projects, feature requests, change management, and communication. The Lead Business Analyst is accountable for leading and facilitating business and technology change initiatives across Mortgage House. This will result in delivering project outcomes, operational and process efficiencies in a timely manner and provide a technology operating environment that enables our customers to have a seamless financial experience, and stakeholders to meet or exceed their business or technology goals. The Lead Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in the project practice across Mortgage House Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Developing scope statements, proposal documents, and business cases, aligned to strategic initiatives and business goal objectives. Documenting and gathering functional and non-functional business requirements including facilitating review, approvals, and baselining of business requirements. Prioritising Lead Business Analyst role on Mortgage House Group strategic programs of work. Working with business stakeholders to document functional specifications, including facilitating review, approvals, and baselining of functional specifications documents. Working with technology stakeholders to document technical specifications, including facilitating review, approval, and baselining of technical specifications documents. Working with Mortgage House Group partner network to produce Statements of Work (SOW's) for project engagements. Work with Business and Technology department heads to review strategic initiatives and business goals progress throughout the financial year. This includes helping to produce and maintain relevant reporting. Collaborate with Head of Technology in strategic planning for Mortgage House Group. Collaborate with Head of Technology, Technology Project Lead, and partner organisations to design, build, and embed project practice across Mortgage House Group. Design, build, and embed Business Analyst practice across Mortgage House Group, aligned with evolving project practice. This includes onboarding and mentoring future analysts joining the team. Taking the lead in identifying opportunities for operational and process efficiencies and streamlining. This includes seeing initiatives from inception through to embedding across Mortgage House Group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
