DBiz Solutions Australia – Strathfield NSW Location: Australia – Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, PerthDescription:Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd are looking for Lead - Business Analyst to work on a major client project in Sydney.The position will be full time.Mandatory Skills:Requirement elicitations and stakeholder managementDomain-driven design (DDD) principles and approachBusiness process modelling notation (BPMN) and modelling techniquesAuction domain knowledge with hands-on experienceKnowledge of Scrum and Agile MythologiesReview UAT test scripts and assist the business in UATUnderstanding of Product EngineeringFunctional knowledge of cloud – AWS or AzureDescription:Liaison between customer's business users and Development/QA team to bridge the gap between business and technical teamsAbility to participate in requirement capture from various stakeholders and preparingBRD, FRS, Use Case Diagrams, High Level and Detailed Process Flows, and Domain Model as well as standardize a process.Experience on requirement elicitation for Web/Desktop and Mobile applicationKnowledge on Dual track agile helix and P3 framework for Product Engineering.Engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements (both business, functional and non-functional requirements).Deliver business solution design documentation requirements or user stories, producing the relevant artefacts to ensure traceability of design principles.Work with the business on high quality solutions, including the Product team and Tech team stakeholders to lead and facilitate business requirements gathering, ensuring high quality and adequate coverage.Consult with the business and product owners to shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business value.Consult with and advise product managers when defining product release content and timelines, applying product development principles, innovative thinking and a focus around the customer or user experience.Conduct UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams.Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Review, Retrospective.Apply Agile frameworks, techniques and processes and overlay agile reporting and governance to deliver incremental value to areas of responsibility.Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional area(s) for assigned Scrum team.Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.Solid experience 'Agile' methodologies and experience working with developers.Solid knowledge in generating process documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.Salary :-$100k and aboveSummary of role requirements:Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays6+ years of relevant work experience required for this roleWork visa can be provided for this role Position Title: Lead -
