This is a unique opportunity for an individual with proven expertise in audio and visual technologies to play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience across the retail chain's outlets.Position Overview:As the Lead Audio/Visual Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge audio and visual solutions that align with our client's brand and customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage A/V projects, and ensure the seamless integration of audio and visual elements to create an immersive and engaging environment for both customers and employees.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead the design and implementation of audio and visual systems across retail locations.- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of A/V projects.- Provide technical expertise and guidance on the selection of audio and visual equipment.- Develop and maintain documentation for A/V systems, including troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures.- Conduct regular inspections and audits of A/V equipment to ensure optimal performance.- Train and mentor junior A/V technicians to enhance the overall capabilities of the team.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Audio/Visual Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as an Audio/Visual Specialist, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead or supervisory role.- In-depth knowledge of audio and visual technologies, including sound systems, displays, projectors, and control systems.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.- Experience working in a retail environment is a plus.We keep you connected to the best businesses and opportunities in the IT marketplace.
