Maven sits within Palladium's APAC region and provides inputs at a corporate and program level, as well as providing services to a suite of external clients.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Maven, the Associate is a critical role in relationship management of internal and external clients, designing and delivering training content and resources, supporting employees and program participants who disclose disability, and providing technical advice to all areas of Maven's operations. Through the effective execution of day-to-day operations of Maven, the Associate is responsible for ensuring the exceptional high-quality service in accordance with program and client contractual obligation, company policies and industry standards.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Commit to the delivery of company and regional objectives (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) ensuring that personal KRAs are delivered with excellence and timeliness.Market and Business Development:Build trusted relationships with staff of the Palladium Programs that Maven provide regular inputs to, as per the Head Contracts with DFAT. This includes, and not limited to, Australia Awards South Asia and Mongolia (AASAM) and New Colombo Plan (NCP). As the Relationship Manager for these programs, the Associate is responsible for providing timely and efficient services aligned to GEDSI plans and strategies + ad-hoc requests from the programs.Develop and implement support plan templates and procedures in conjunction with the Senior Manager and provide advice for scholars that disclose disability within AASAM and NCP and any employees that disclose disability and request a support plan and / or reasonable adjustment.Design, deliver and evaluate tailored Maven training packages that are delivered to internal and external clients, ensuring content is relevant and aligned to the human rights and social model approach of disability.Design and review Maven resources intended for internal and external distribution, aligned to Maven and Palladium branding guidelines.Complete administration requirements for Maven operations, including booking and scheduling training, issuing training certificates and follow up learning packs, scheduling other Maven team members to conduct work, checking, and responding to Maven 'info' email, formatting documents and templates with accessibility features.Contribute to report writing required for contractual obligations with clients.Understand Palladium's project accounting principles and project financial reporting, maintain oversight of project spend against budget, prepare and process payments for vendors and suppliers, and accurately upload forecasts.Contribute to analysing Maven data and metrics, to ensure continuous improvement of Maven services.Contribute to Maven strategy, including resourcing, business development, recruitment, and retention of staff.Support the Palladium Adelaide office for accessibility, ensuring the office space is accessible, and any events / staff functions are also accessible.Manage and maintain accurate business data on corporate databases and systems.Understand the implication of project risk and support its identification, management and mitigation.Understand how innovation and technology shape the way we work and make suggestions on how we might change our approach to better utilise data and technology within BD, project design and delivery.Perform other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships across assignments and maintain professional, respectful and effective relationships with your colleagues.Focus on self-development by assessing individual contribution against the capability framework, welcoming and embracing regular feedback from others and developing skills in providing balanced feedback to others.Create, promote and maintain an equitable, diverse and inclusive work environment through respecting the views of others, listening with empathy and resolving differences in a positive and constructive manner through applying effective conflict resolution techniques.Minimum education and experience required:Experience working with people with disability or in the disability sector, aligned to human rights and social model approach.Lived experience of disability.Exceptional communication skills and ability to develop rapport with people, especially when discussing sensitive issues.Excellent customer service, relationship management and influencing skills.High level of professional credibility and integrity.Ability to be flexible and to adapt communication and training style to best suit the audience.Ability to problem solve, analyse and research, and quickly adapt to dynamic environments.Highly developed organisational skills, agility and the ability to balance and prioritise multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, particularly in a multi-cultural environment.Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
