You will be a back-end Construction Lawyer at the Senior Associate level.
Your New Role
You will report to three (3) former National law firm practice Partners who understand the practicalities of completing a development project . You will be regularly asked by clients to advise and assist in the day-to-day administration of construction contracts. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on all forms of alternative dispute resolution (such as arbitrations, expert determinations, and mediation) and representing clients in disputes in a variety of jurisdictions (including the Supreme Court of NSW and Federal Court of Australia).
