Who are we looking for?We're working on an exciting assignment with one of our top-tier private practice clients, for an experienced projects lawyer, to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment.
This assignment will see you oversee the entire spectrum of procurement, construction, fuel supply, and project finance. You will draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, including construction contracts, operation and maintenance arrangements, off-take agreements, services contracts, supply contracts, project deeds and joint venture agreements. This role can be done on a full-time or part-time basis and can also be performed remotely. This assignment is to commence ASAP and initially runs for 3-6 months.
