Who are we looking for?
We're working on a career-enhancing assignment with a leading medical centre based in Chatswood for a lawyer with experience in M&A, property, and general commercial matters, to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment.
This assignment will see you drafting and reviewing contracts with the assistance of a paralegal. This is a full-time (hybrid) assignment which initially runs for 12 months.
To join us, you will: Have at least 3-6 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training) Be experienced in M&A, property and general commercial matters Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships What sets us apart?
