The Role
Our client, a prominent industry leader, is seeking a highly skilled and mid-senior level Contracts Lawyer Senior to join their legal team on a secondment basis.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the VP of Legal on major contracts.
In this key role, you will be responsible for:
Leading and negotiating complex, high-value procurement and sales contracts.
Working autonomously while maintaining a collaborative, team-focused approach.
Engaging with stakeholders to deliver high-quality legal solutions that align with commercial objectives.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
A minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience, including at least 4 years in a top-tier law firm.
Expertise in contracting, with a strong focus on procurement and sales agreements.
A proactive, high-energy approach, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a cohesive team environment.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
