As a family-focused practice which truly values its clients, they specialise in delivering legal services and advice to diverse clients throughout the Bathurst region.
The Role
Due to an internal restructure, they are in need of an experienced Lawyer with an understanding of Wills and Estates to join their team.
Within this role, you will deliver advice and services to clients associated with wills, probate, Powers of Attorney and Trusts, as well as managing estate planning and administration.
There is a strong, established client portfolio which you will manage, along with new clients driven to the firm via their regular marketing activities and word of mouth referrals.
What You'll Need to Succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have at least 3 years' post-qualification experience, coupled with a dedicated client service ethic.
Whilst experience specific to Wills and Estates is preferred, our client may also consider candidates with experience in Family Law, or similar.
