About the role:
Work on all classes of statutory insurance, including workers compensation, industrial common law liability and statutory indemnity claims.
Provide advice to clients in the government sector, self-insured parties and specialised insurers on complex common law, policy interpretation, indemnity, risk management, double insurance and administrative law issues.
5 billables per day – no one is in the office past 6 pm
The ideal candidate:
Associate, Senior Associate and Special Counsels (minimum 3+ PQE).
Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
Experience in WID/Common Law or CTP, Civil liability, coming from a recognised practice.
