We have an opportunity for a Lawyer to Associate to join our Property practice group in Melbourne , working closely with Partner, Calvin Tay .
About the team and the work Our national property team is made up of accredited specialists, senior practitioners, associates, junior lawyers, and paralegals.
Join them in our growing Melbourne practice working on large projects and developments and other interesting and varied real estate deals.
Your work will include assisting clients with the management of their property portfolios including acquisitions, conveyancing, disposals, leasing, joint ventures, commercial and residential developments, and contracts.
Gain valuable exposure to the wider national practice, working closely with teams across the country.

In terms of culture, the team is collegiate, collaborative, and energetic; flexible work arrangements are in place as well as professional development and training.
About you The successful candidate will have a solid grounding and demonstrated interest in Property Law and 1-3 years' experience working for a reputable firm, with a strong understanding of the local Melbourne market and Victorian jurisdiction and experience working on the PEXA platform.
