Lawyer / Solicitor - 2+ Years Pae

Our client is a boutique generalist law firm, well established and located in Sydney's Southern Suburbs.
Our client practices in a wide range of law including Family Law, Conveyancing and Property Law, Litigation, Wills and Estates, and Commercial and Corporate Law.
Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Generalist Lawyer Solicitor with 2+ Years PAE to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role is office based.
You will manage your own files in a variety of matters, including:
Family Law Wills and Estates Commercial/Civil Property (Residential and Commercial) The successful candidate will have post-qualification experience in all, or some, of the above matters.
The Candidate - to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have:
A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2+ years plus post-admission experience is preferred. Extensive knowledge in the areas of law previously listed. High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to manage a large number of client files. Previous experience with LEAP/PEXA Legal Software is desirable but not essential. Strong drafting and reviewing experience. Ability to review contracts on a range of property types. Experience drafting Wills, POAs, and Estate matters. Conducting meetings with clients to take their instructions, drafting correspondence and legal documents.
