Your new role Collaborate with the Regulatory Investigations team to identify and mitigate legal risks across business units. Provide legal counsel in partnership with Compliance, Risk, and other legal departments to ensure aligned support. Engage and manage external counsel to address complex legal matters as required. Navigate regulatory and compliance issues, offering strategic, commercially viable solutions. Support cross-functional projects, managing timelines and ensuring effective communication across teams. What you'll need to succeed 3-4 years' post-qualification legal experience in dispute resolution and commercial litigation. Experience with regulatory investigations and enforcement activity is an advantage. Working knowledge of banking and financial services regulations. Proven ability to find commercial solutions to complex legal challenges. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Demonstrated project management skills with a record of meeting deadlines under pressure. A curious and adaptable mindset, ready to learn and explore new areas of law. What you'll get in return
