Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a market leading Property & Real Estate practice on some of the most complex and challenging deals?
We are currently recruiting an experienced lawyer or associate to join our team in Melbourne.
The Real Estate practice are trusted advisers to listed and private REITs, leading corporates, private equity, pension and super funds, property developers and financiers on complex commercial real estate matters, including capital transactions, leasing, development and investment funds.
About You: Successful candidates will have: A minimum of 2 years PQE Demonstrated transactional real estate experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm Well developed knowledge of core areas of property legislation and GST in a property context Ability to support large, complex transactions through strong drafting and negotiation skills Client-focussed mindset and commercial acumen About us: Corrs Chambers Westgarth is Australia's leading independent law firm.
