About the role:
Real property leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants, across all asset classes nationally, as well as retail leasing for national retailers across the eastern states.
Sophisticated real estate transactions e.g. recent redevelopment in Darling Harbour.
Property finance for real estate fund managers and lenders.
Complex property development transactions - this extends to joint venture projects, contamination issues and risk allocation.
The ideal candidate:
Lawyer to Senior Associate (1-6 PQE).
Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
Experience in real estate transactions and/or leasing, coming from a recognised property law team/firm.
Genuine drive to learn, develop and succeed in property law. Down to earth with a bubbly personality who can work well alone and within the team.
