If you have a fervour for defendant insurance matters, this role is tailor-made for you. Working closely with the Partners, you will be immersed in challenging Liability and complex Casualty matters, serving insurer and government clients. You will gain exposure to a diverse spectrum of defendant insurance matters, covering liability, prospects, quantum, reserves, and strategy.
Whether you are a mid-level professional with 2-4 years PAE or a seasoned Senior Associate offering 5+ years PAE, we welcome your expertise and application for this opportunity.
Preferred Requirements
Robust experience in defendant insurance matters, including liability, prospects, and strategy
Proven ability to collaborate with Partners and handle complex Casualty matters
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with insurer and government clients
Familiarity with a broad range of defendant insurance matters is highly regarded
Adaptability and drive to excel in a dynamic legal practice with a collaborative approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
Admission as a lawyer in Australia with valid practicing experience
Postgraduate qualifications in insurance law or a related field (desirable)
