Lawyer or Associate - Intellectual PropertyDescriptionOPPORTUNITY We are currently seeking an Intellectual Property Lawyer or Associate to join our award-winning IP practice in our Victorian Dandenong office. This role provides broad work exposure across several industries with some of our highly valued clients.
We are seeking an individual that takes pride in their work with an ability to focus on the client in the delivery of superior support and advice. You will have proven experience in commercial and IP law.
In this role, you will assist clients with various IP and commercial matters, including:
Trade mark and design searches, applications, responding to adverse reports and commencing and defending oppositions.Enforcement of IP rights and resolution of disputes.Franchising and general commercial agreements and advice.Research, drafting and advice on licence arrangements and other IP agreements.You will have the opportunity to work alongside talented senior practitioners who are keen to share their knowledge and have you involved directly with clients.

In addition, you have:
At least 2 years PQE.Relevant knowledge and skills in Intellectual Property and Trademarks.Demonstrated work history and experience in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong time management and attention to detail.Analytical skills.A strong commitment to excellence in client service.You will also be:
