This role requires empathy, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive client relationships. You will work closely with a diverse client base and support our legal team in achieving the best possible results.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to understand their needs, assess their legal rights, and provide guidance on their entitlements.Collaborate with service providers, government bodies, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary documents, reports, and information.Prepare legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, contracts, and evidentiary statements.Conduct interviews with clients, witnesses, and third parties to gather key facts and evidence.Analyse expert evidence, brief experts and barristers, and draft legal submissions.Appear in courts, tribunals, and commissions when necessary.Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and client decision-making.Anticipate and resolve challenges proactively to meet clients' expectations.Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with the Legal Profession Uniform Law and associated regulations.Skills & ExperienceStrong communication skills, including empathy and a compassionate approach to sensitive cases.Proficiency in legal drafting and case management.A proactive team player eager to contribute to a dynamic, supportive legal team.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about making a meaningful impact and want to be part of a reputable firm, please send your CV to ******.
