We are seeking a talented lawyer with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience to assist with contentious and high-profile cases. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leading counsel and senior lawyers, making it an ideal opportunity for a junior to intermediate lawyer eager to advance their career.Our team specialises in ASIC and Australian Taxation Office investigations, financial services disputes, equity matters, and complex financial litigation. We represent a diverse range of clients, including corporations, company directors, holders of Australian financial services licences, high-net-worth individuals, fintech companies, and insolvency practitioners.Recent cases include High Court appeals, trials in the Federal Court of Australia and State Supreme Courts, administrative banning's of company directors and financial services licence cancellations by ASIC, and criminal prosecutions related to white-collar offenses.Required for the role:Genuine interest and passion for the law is essential.Lawyer with 2-5 years PQE in litigation and dispute resolution.Distinction average in Law is essential.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Litigation or financial services law experience is preferred, but not essential.The ideal candidate will receive competitive, top-of-market remuneration along with a genuine work-life balance.
