The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate litigatorwith 1 - 3 years PAE to join our general insurance team on afull-time basis. The successful candidate will enjoy working acrossa diverse range of legally challenging and factually complex mattersin the Government sector (with the opportunity for exposure tosimilar private sector claims if desired), including:

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
A Bachelor of Laws or equivalentand a current New South Wales practising certificate
Minimum 1 years' post admissionexperience in general insurance matters
Confidence to deal directly with clients
Demonstrated ability to workautonomously as well as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectivelywith experts in multiple fields
High degree of initiative,dedication and organisation ability with a strong client andcommercial focus
Ability to manage a busy workloadand work to tight deadlines
A commercial approach and abilityto articulate and negotiate effectively; and
