Our Company Secretarial team sits within our Capital Markets and Corporate Group which is regarded as one of the largest corporate teams in the Australian market with an independent brand which gives our staff the opportunity to develop their technical skills in a range of matters for international and local clients.
Your Role We are seeking interest from lawyers with 2 to 3 years PQE level to join our Company Secretarial team. You will be working closely with and reporting to the leader of that team, Kathy Wardell, in providing company secretarial and legal support to various private company and not for profit clients from diverse sectors.
