The Opportunity
Join a collegiate, motivated and market-leading commercial and property team, representing a broad base of clients including all tiers of government, ASX listed companies, large and small private businesses, landowners, banks and credit unions, and individuals. You'll be exposed to interesting and varied matters and find yourself busy with:
Business sales;
Major project, construction and infrastructure work;
Mergers and acquisitions;
Contract and advice drafting;
Commercial leasing and conveyancing;
Governance and corporate structures;
Banking and finance matters;
Planning and environment matters.
Ideally, you might have:
1+ years PAE (however we also welcome strong grad applicants to apply) through to Senior Associate level.
Experience in the Northern Territory jurisdiction is desirable but not essential.
Transactional management skills and mentoring appetite among more senior candidates.
