Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in family law and be well versed in litigation and general practice areas like wills and probate, with a passion for delivering high-quality legal advice and representation.

Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support to clients on a range of issues.
Manage a caseload with a focus on family law, conveyancing, wills, and estates.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Qualifications: Admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, with a current practicing certificate.
Over 2 years of experience in family law and conveyancing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
