You will have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of fast-paced and exciting work including: Supporting and working with partners and the senior lawyers in the team in meeting clients' objectives and deadlines Legislation and case law research Drafting advices and planning agreements Assisting in the day to day conduct of litigation matters, including Class 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Land and Environment Court proceedings and Supreme Court proceedings Providing advice and representation to clients in obtaining and implementing planning and environmental approvals Assessing environmental impacts Undertaking planning and environmental due diligence This is an exciting chance to hit the ground running and cement a career in this very busy practice.
Requirements To be successful, you will be a Lawyer with 2-4 years' post admission experience in environment & planning.
