You will have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of fast-paced and exciting work including:Supporting and working with partners and the senior lawyers in the team in meeting clients' objectives and deadlinesLegislation and case law researchDrafting advices and planning agreementsAssisting in the day to day conduct of litigation matters, including Class 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Land and Environment Court proceedings and Supreme Court proceedingsProviding advice and representation to clients in obtaining and implementing planning and environmental approvalsAssessing environmental impactsUndertaking planning and environmental due diligenceThis is an exciting chance to hit the ground running and cement a career in this very busy practice.RequirementsTo be successful, you will be a Lawyer with 2-4 years' post admission experience in environment & planning.
