About the role:
Handling linked bilateral, club, and syndicated financings .
Managing senior/mezzanine finance and related intercreditor arrangements.
Advising on debt, tenders, pre-mandate documentation, term sheets, and commitment letters.
Overseeing IPO financings, construction, and development finance.
Leading acquisition finance, strategic debt investments, restructurings, and recapitalisations.
As a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, you will run deals independently, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with senior team members to drive team progress and client matters.
The ideal candidate:
Senior Associate or Special Counsel (6+ PQE).
Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
Experience in Banking & Finance, coming from a recognized B&F team/firm.
Strong document drafting, technical, and transactional management skills, with strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
Client-focused mindset with strong leadership and mentoring abilities, fostering enduring relationships.
