The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate level Lawyer to work in a well-established Family Law practice. You will ideally have a passion for family law and have conduct of your own matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on a variety of parenting & property matters
Manage your own case load
Attend Court and brief Counsel
Prepare for and attend Mediations
Meet important deadlines and identify priorities
About You
To be successful, you must have:
At least 4+ years' experience in Family Law with an Australian Practising Certificate
Proficiency with the Federal Circuit Court & Family Court of Australia procedures
Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills
A client-focused approach
A solid understanding of all aspects of family law
Experience in networking & building relationships with clients, barristers, and other stakeholders
