The practice will be a mix of plaintiff personal injury and abuse matters over a number of jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities will include: Direct liaison with clients and providing accurate and timely advicePreparing Court documents/orders and general correspondenceManaging high volume files and matters with occasional supervisionAttending court, dispute resolution and settlementsLegal researchSuccessful candidates will have: A valid Practising CertificateUnderstanding of personal injury matters and processesAbility to maintain client confidentiality and handle matters with sensitivityStrong negotiation, mediation and advocacy skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong client relationship and business development skillsAbility to prioritise work and manage competing deadlinesWho You Are: You are passionate about achieving justice, proactive, highly organised, well-presented, and dedicated to exceptional client service.
