About the role Our Workers' Compensation group has a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Lawyer with at least 2 years post-admission experience and up to Senior Associate level to join their team in Perth.
The team has a wide client base with a range of major insurers and employers, including in mining, and is led by a Partner who is ranked in Doyle's Guide as a Leading Lawyer.
As part of this practice, you will be responsible for managing a variety of matters in an industry-leading team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, providing written and verbal advice, negotiating settlements and attending to all stages of the litigation process.
Your interest in providing guidance to junior members of the team will also be valued.
About you Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PAE, preferably with some defendant experience.
We also encourage applications from practitioners at Senior Associate level.

To complement your strong legal skills, you will be someone who works well both in a team and autonomously.
