Join the largest, tier-one ranked Commercial Litigation practice in BrisbaneCollaborate and contribute to a successful and impactful teamWork on large, complex litigation matters for a variety of clientsThe Role This permanent, full-time opportunity for a Lawyer (2-4 PQE) is based in our impressive Brisbane office. This role sits within our market-leading Commercial Litigation practice working with Partners Tim Jones and Emily Tranter, who have a well-respected reputation in the market and are considered trusted advisers to various corporate and government clients.
This role will involve mostly working on large and complex litigation matters for major corporate and commercial clients. Responsibilities will include reviewing and preparing evidence, drafting correspondence and court documents, file management, assisting with advice and interaction with Counsel, and preparation for interlocutory hearings and trial. You will have the opportunity to work on complex matters including high-end property disputes, joint ventures, and public sector matters.

Skills & Experience Between 2-4 years' experience as a LawyerCompleted a Graduate program at a leading law firmCommercial litigation, contentious and regulatory experienceStrong academic achievementsFamiliarity with Supreme and/or Federal Court litigationThrive in an environment that values independence balanced with a collaborative approach, initiative, and a strong work ethicA strong focus on delivering exceptional client serviceHighly developed interpersonal and communication skills; required for building effective client relationships and contributing to a positive team environmentAn appetite to learn and develop in the role, utilising mentoring opportunities from senior team membersHow to Apply?
