About The Opportunity Programmed's Property Services department is currently seeking a hands-on Lawn Maintenance Team Leader to join our team.
This is an opportunity to be part of an excellent team that provides grounds maintenance and development across our client sites.
Working across the Western suburbs of Sydney, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and improvement of the grounds and our clients' sites.
Nature of position: Full-Time Location: Western Suburbs, Sydney Reporting line: Site Supervisor Benefits Uniforms, footwear and PPE provided Long-term career potential and development opportunities Job security working in an essential industry Key Responsibilities Provide guidance and support to the grounds team Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures About You To join our team, ideally you will have experience in gardening and landscaping, with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others.
Additionally, you will have Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping Current driver's license & white card Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace Execute work that is of a high standard A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
