About the role Our Workers' Compensation group have a fantasticopportunity for a full-time Law Graduate or Restricted Practitionerto join their team in Perth. The team is led by a Partner who isranked Doyle's Guide as a Leading Lawyer. As part of thishigh-volume practice, you will gain exposure to all aspects of aworkers' compensation claim.

As a Law Graduate orRestricted Practitioner at Moray & Agnew you will work closelywith and be mentored by a Partner and senior lawyers. Theinvaluable experience you will gain will be 'learned on the job'.You will also have access to our learning and developmentprogram.
The experience you can expect to gain includes the below:
Drafting legal documents and correspondenceSummarising evidence for use in advice to clients, with aview to developing opinion writing skillsAttending to discovery of documentsPreparing court documents for litigated mattersAttending simple chamber summonsLegal research tasksAssisting with getting matters up for trialAbout you You will have completed your law degree and may be currentlycompleting your post graduate studies and PLT, about to start yourpost graduate studies, or recently admitted.
You are motivated and enthusiastic. You should be eager to learnand develop and be passionate about a career in law. 
You will have strong academic results - and beyond your academicsuccesses, you also possess the ability to apply your criticalthinking skills.
The work requires attention to detail, practical problem-solvingskills and strategic thinking.
