You will work in all areas of Wills & Estates including:
drafting Wills, enduring powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardianapplying for grants of probate and letters of administrationestate litigation - family provision claims, contested grants, general equity litigation, protective list matters and judicial advice applicationsadvising executors/administrators and beneficiaries on the administration of estatesassisting the Director with Court-appointed independent administrator appointmentsOur ideal candidate will possess: Strong university grades (minimum Distinction average in law subjects is essential)Strong research, analytical and drafting skillsReliable, organised and self-motivatedPassion for learning and technical excellenceAn enthusiastic, friendly and optimistic demeanourAbout McIntyre Legal McIntyre Legal is an award-winning law firm specialising in estate planning, probate, and estate litigation.
