Law Clerk - Criminal Law

Assisting a Senior Associate on Criminal Law + Professional Misconduct matters at a boutique Criminal Law CBD law firm.

The role As a Law Clerk, you will be assisting on Criminal Law + Professional Misconduct matters. You will assist a Senior Associate. Duties include:
Drafting correspondence and legal documentsAttending Court to do MentionsQCAT applicationsDealing with other Solicitors and clientsPreparation of briefsTaking file notesProofreadingGeneral admin dutiesThis position is full time, working 8am-5pm in the office.

Your experience You will have a minimum of 1 year Law Clerk experience and be able to work full time Monday to Friday 8.00am-5pm. Criminal Law experience is preferred but not essential. Law students are also encouraged to apply (but must have at least 1 year to go before completing their degree).

The Law Firm / Salary / Employee Benefits Well established Criminal Law practice based in the Brisbane CBD with 10 staff in total. Free coffee every day and a wellness program. Salary up to $67,000 + Super. Immediate start.
