Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee residential properties, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Handle leasing agreements, tenant inquiries, and maintenance issues efficiently.
Regular property inspections and reporting.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve set targets and objectives.
Type: Full-time, permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: Central Wollongong Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Preferred but not essential; traineeship may be required if no experience.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in managing time and meeting deadlines, adept at using technology and willing to learn new software.
Personal Traits: Punctual, professional, well-presented, and friendly with a helpful attitude.
Licenses: Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
