What is the Opportunity?
A great opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic Laundry Worker and Technician to join our operations team based in Ballina NSW .
Experience in cleaning medical equipment and / or electrical repairs would be an advantage but training will be provided to the successful candidate.
This is an exciting time to join Arjo!
Your role will involve: The cleaning, sanitisation, testing, servicing and repairs of equipment.
Mostly pressure care mattresses and pumps.
This is a physical role that requires a fit and energetic person.
To be successful in this position, you will possess: Experience in cleaning and infection control ideal, but not essential; Experience of 1st line repair of electrical equipment advantageous; NSW Test and Tag Certification preferred but not essential – training can be provided; Be comfortable working with devices such as an iPad and computer systems; Good time management skills; Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service interacting with staff and customers; The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment; Be well presented and uphold the company's brand and guiding principles; Have sensitivity to and be comfortable working in a Healthcare environment.
