We are currently looking for a Laundry Assistant to join our team at Regis Sunraysia, Mildura. This role will assist the home in maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the residence with a strong focus on minimizing health risks and maximizing safety.
A day in the life of a Laundry Assistant may see you: Ensure all laundry requirements are met each shiftWorking as part of a team to help others and demonstrate a team spiritComplete reporting and documentation based on Regis policy and procedureAlways interact with the residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive mannerAbout you Previous experience in a laundry capacity/commercial laundryPrevious cleaning experience in a commercial, health care, or Aged Care environmentSolid knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicalsAvailability to work (7.00 am - 3.00 pm) and on weekends if requiredPrevious experience working with and using cleaning equipmentClear communication skills both written and verballyOur Benefits & CultureRegis is proud to be an EEO employer.
