Job Description Summary
As a Launch Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project management for assigned launch projects, including risk identification, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments for timely completion. In addition, you will establish effective communication channels with all participating functions, ensuring project updates are shared and received efficiently. As part of this role, regular reviews of completed work quality should be conducted to meet project standards. Additionally, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance product delivery and lifecycle management is expected. Developing documentation forms and records to track project activities and coordinating cross-functional meetings are also part of the responsibilities.
Major Accountabilities:
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
Identify and implement process improvements enabling more efficient delivery of new products to the market and management of the product life cycle.
Develop a product strategy brand, promotional campaigns & tactical plans within marketing budgets.
Responsible for execution, monitoring, and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s).
Project manage all activities relating to the assigned launch projects; identify, manage, and communicate risks associated with the assigned launch projects.
Monitor the progress of each project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time and successful completion.
Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
Identify market insights and opportunities via customer interactions.
Execute central marketing activities as well as regionally initiated marketing activities.
Monitor product performance and the external environment using appropriate tools.
