The Role: ELA is a true scale business on our way to being the world's premier multi-user Commercial Space Launch company.
As a Launch Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Launch Program Manager in delivery of critical launch programs. More specifically, you will:
Assist Launch Program Manager in the development and tracking of project schedulesMaintain project registers (Issues, Risks, Actions and Decisions)Prepare regular project progress reportsPrepare, issue and maintain project minutes and actionsAssist Launch Program Manager in preparing Power Point presentations for Senior ManagementFollow-up with project stakeholders on task execution and deliverablesFacilitate and coordinate project working group meetings as requiredAssist Launch Program Manager in managing the project budgets, reconciling invoices and other financial tasks related to projectsActively seek and maintain relationships with internal and external project team stakeholdersAssist with arrangements of project events, for example organisation of practice campaigns or site visitsArrange meetings and workshops with external stakeholders as requiredUp to date reporting both weekly and monthlyContinuously improve and update reporting processApply style guides and templates to ensure consistency in outputsWhat we are looking for: You will ideally possess the following experience and attributes:
Strong knowledge and successful application of project management methodologiesAdvanced knowledge of MS Project, Excel and Power PointExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasksEffective written and verbal communication skillsAble to work autonomously with minimal supervisionA focus on, and commitment to quality work outputExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to think logicallyAbility to travel to the Northern Territory when neededResult driven, with a hands-on approach to achieve results under pressureDemonstrated experience to work in teams with multiple stakeholders towards fixed deadlinesDemonstrated experience operating in an environment that uses structured project management principles (e.g. Prince 2, PME)You don't know the phrase "that's not my job" and are a real person.
