Job Description As a Launch Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Launch Program Manager in delivery of critical launch programs. More specifically, you will:
· Assist Launch Program Manager in the development and tracking of project schedules
· Maintain project registers (Issues, Risks, Actions and Decisions)
· Prepare regular project progress reports
· Prepare, issue and maintain project minutes and actions
· Assist Launch Program Manager in preparing Power Point presentations for Senior Management
· Follow-up with project stakeholders on task execution and deliverables
· Facilitate and coordinate project working group meetings as required
· Assist Launch Program Manager in managing the project budgets, reconciling invoices and other financial tasks related to projects
· Actively seek and maintain relationships with internal and external project team stakeholders
· Assist with arrangements of project events, for example organisation of practice campaigns or site visits
· Arrange meetings and workshops with external stakeholders as required
· Up to date reporting both weekly and monthly
· Continuously improve and update reporting process
· Apply style guides and templates to ensure consistency in outputs
Qualifications You will ideally possess the following experience and attributes:
· Strong knowledge and sucessful application of project management methodologies
· Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Excel and Power Point.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
· A focus on, and commitment to quality work output
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to think logically
· Ability to travel to the Northern Territory when needed
· Result driven, with a hands-on approach to achieve results under pressure
· Demonstrated experience to work in teams with multiple stakeholders towards fixed deadlines
· Demonstrated experience operating in an environment that uses structured project management principles (e.g. Prince 2, PME)
