Partner with clients and our sales team to capture their document management and workflow requirements. Craft customized Laserfiche solutions that adhere to client goals, compliance standards, and budget considerations. Configure and integrate Laserfiche software according to client needs. Design and deploy automated workflows, transitioning on-premise systems to cloud environments as needed. Provide stellar technical support, ensuring system performance and conducting regular maintenance. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project success and drive software enhancements. Solid experience in with the Laserfiche Suite; designing and building Laserfiche Workflows
and business processes with a preference for candidates who have a background in local government Experience with Laserfiche Cloud is beneficial A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is highly valued. Certification in Laserfiche or related areas is beneficial. What we'd love A candidate with experience in local government or similar sectors.
