A snapshot of your role will involve; Champion the development and deployment of the Lantmännen Unibake Health and Safety roadmap. Collaborate with site leaders to implement best practices to elevate health and safety standards. Conduct risk assessments and work with teams to identify hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken. Identify training needs and enhance staff awareness through effective health and safety programs. Stay ahead of health and safety legislation, guiding the company to meet all regulatory requirements. Analyze health and safety incidents, identifying trends and recommending proactive measures to prevent recurrences. This is what you need to succeed: A minimum of 5 years in a senior health and safety role, ideally within the manufacturing or food industry. A diploma or higher qualification in Health and Safety or a related discipline. Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Ability to develop clear plans aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements. Place of work: Mordialloc, onsite parking
38 hours weekly - flexibility to work a 4 day week can be discussed
