Your Role as a Landscaping LabourerAs a Landscaping Labourer at Dash Group, you will assume a pivotal role in various landscaping projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and maintaining garden beds, lawns, and outdoor areas.Planting and transplanting flowers, shrubs, and trees.Operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment.Assisting in the installation of irrigation systems.Performing hardscape tasks such as paving, concreting, and building retaining walls.Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols and guidelines at all times.Performing softscape tasks such as turfing, mulching, and spreading top soil.The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:Proven industry experience in Commercial/Residential Landscaping, Construction, Streetscape, and/or Re-vegetation is beneficial.Hardscape and softscape experience is advantageous.Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Parks/Gardens, Horticulture (desirable but not mandatory).Construction White Card.Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.Physical stamina for performing manual labour tasks in various weather conditions.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.Reliable transportation for commuting to various project sites.A collaborative spirit fostering a supportive and efficient team environment.Proven experience in Civil and commercial landscape labouring.Benefits You'll ReceiveWhen you join Dash Group, you'll enjoy:
