Landscape Estimator

Job Opportunity: Landscape Estimator Woods & Co is proudly working with a well-established national-based landscape contractor.
With long-term significant growth and proven experience across a diverse range of sectors, this has led to the appointment of an experienced estimator to join the successful team.
Candidates who have had a minimum of 2 years of estimating experience in the landscape sector will be considered for the role.
What do you do? Reviewing tender packages and preparing cost estimates for materials and labour Pre-tender meeting attendance Tender preparation & submission Consulting with suppliers, subcontractors and clients to prepare accurate BOQ Contracts management and preparing subcontractor documents What do you need? The successful candidate will have:
A sound understanding of the landscape industry with at least 2-3 years of demonstrated experience Proven success with winning tenders in Victoria Excellent negotiation skills The ability to work in a team environment Strong literacy and communication skills Australian citizenship - only current residents need to apply What's on offer?
