We are seeking a qualified Landscape Designer to undertake design and coordination of numerous landscape projects across our business. THE ROLE You will work closely with the Landscape Design Manager to design, coordinate and deliver landscape projects across the Campbell Property Group, including CPG Estates and our large display home program. The role will require you to coordinate with and support other departments and stakeholders within the greater business including Clarendon Homes, Domaine Homes, CPG Estates and Design, as well as other internal departments.  As the Landscape Designer you will play a key role in taking landscape projects from concept development through to construction. These projects will include residential subdivision developments and our extensive display home program across the Sydney Metro, Hunter, and Shoalhaven regions. You will also be required to coordinate and review landscape design and construction undertaken by external consultants. To be successful for this role you'll need:   Preparing residential landscape plans for council approval, client approval and construction  Preparation of landscape plan amendments and updates as required by clients, internal stakeholders, councils, and developers Support, coordinate, and liaise with internal departments within the business group to deliver projects and resolve project-based issues. Coordinate and review design work prepared by external consultants Assistance with the procurement and delivery of landscaping across our estates Assistance with managing the landscape maintenance program across our display homes in NSW  Coordinating documentation and master-planning landscape requirements for various sized projects  The successful candidate will:       Relevant qualification in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture 3+ years of experience in Australia as a landscape designer/landscape architect Experience specialising in residential landscape design  Proficient understanding of NSW Council development processes and CDC requirements Proficient plant and horticultural knowledge Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Proficiency in Vectorworks and CAD Working knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and NSW planning framework Excellent written and verbal communication skills You are team-focused, well presented, with a strong work ethic. You are a great communicator and listener who is proactive and not afraid to show initiative in a supportive environment. You can take complex ideas and turn them into design-based outcomes, communicating them clearly and articulately. You are organised and task oriented with a high attention to detail. You are able to take responsibility for independently managing the tasks assigned to you as well as closely assisting the Design Manager when required.
