Job Description How will I help?
You will work in the Consumer Finance team and reporting to Principal Solutions Architect. Working independently, you will assist in analysing business and technology landscape as is required to develop Architectural solutions and /or strategy.
Your key responsibilities include:
Participate in the analysis of Information Technology solutions to ensure effective solutions are delivered to the business. Ensure accurate representation of business/technical requirements in solutions through collaboration with business users, technology groups and suppliers. Track the Technology requirements across all phases and contribute to IT impact assessments to understand the impact of changes to requirements across all phasesContribute to the improvement of methodologies and processes for functional design activities to ensure continuous improvement of technology and business outcomes Adhere to the Westpac Group's methodologies, tools and standards to ensure consistency and compliance with Westpac standards.Contribute to development of relationships with key senior business and technology stakeholders to provide input and approval during the development of solutions and architectural direction. Provide technology advice and guidance to Senior Business and technology project stakeholders within a project to assist the business in the formulation of business strategy and technology investment decisions What's in it for me?

What do I need? The successful candidate will have: Experience within the IT Industry / financial services or in business consulting as well as clear knowledge of Information Management Principles and Infrastructure Constructs including cloud-based hosting and workloads.Experience working in Consumer Finance domainExperience with Credit Cards, Personal Loans and BNPLExperience with designing origination & servicing journeys for CF products including credit policy & decisioning.Experience in card linked Loyalty and Rewards offers.Experience working in Retail Payments or Digital domains highly regarded.Strong experience across multiple Architecture domains and hands on experience in delivering a major business solution (application system) into production within a project teamDemonstrable experience in Integration Design - API, microservice, batch, and streamingKnowledge of Enterprise Architecture disciplines and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) What is it like to work there?
