Due to ongoing and substantial investment within its portfolio, an experienced Land Acquisition Manager is required to help with the identification of potential sites.
The company brings together industry leaders with a strong track record in the development of large-scale renewable energy projects across the globe.
The team has collectively developed renewable energy projects across Australia, Europe, and the Pacific Region and are specialists in the land use, planning, engineering, energy, and finance sectors.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Assets, the Land Acquisitions Manager will have a primary responsibility for securing land rights, neighbour agreements, and agreements with key community stakeholders while working to provide information and take feedback from the communities our client works in.
Duties shall generally include: Coordinate project planning, programming, scheduling, and budget managementAssisting in the preparation and lodgements of development applications, and ongoing liaising with relevant councils and consultantsLiaising with project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomesPreparing business letters and emailsExperience required: 5 years' experience within a property acquisitions, town planning, or environmental consulting roleExperience with Australian environmental planning and permitting, preferably within NSWAbility to self-regulate and maintain a self-sufficient approach to work of this nature and deliver on the needs of the businessAbility to take the initiative and make decisions as well as learn under a rapidly transitioning marketStrong computer literacy skills are essential, especially across Microsoft SuiteTo apply for the role please do so directly via this advert or send your CV to ******
